  Last 2 experiences have been bad. Last week we ordered standard burger combos with shakes. Cars pulled in around us, got their orders, and left. We waited and waited, then pushed the button and they said it would be right out. Burgers were cold, and shakes were melted; they had been sitting on the counter awhile. And 1 shake was missing the waffle cone pieces. Fast forward to now, and we had to say our order 3 time (burger combo with limeade and chili cheese tots- regular menu stuff). No, the order on the screen isn't correct, then she removes the tots and added a burger with onions. Nope, there are no onions on the burger, but she didn't include the tots. We could hear people being loud in the kitchen and asked her to let us know when she was done and could take our order. The last time, after we started over, she got it right. The girl who brought it to us was very nice, and everything was hot this time, but they need to pay attention to the orders and stop all the kitchen distractions. There are other food choices nearby so I won't be back to Sonic for awhile.
