  I didn't eat but I did get gas and they shut the pump off and the lights before I was finished. I was trying to get a receipt but the person working would not let me in or give me one.

  This location of McDonald's is under the worst management. Be prepared to wait - A LONG TIME- for your order. I got the pleasure of meeting Lena today, who proceeded to tell me there was a 7 minute wait on the grilled chicken after already sitting in the window for 5 minutes. This is NOT my first encounter here..obviously. I have been here numerous times ( because it is so close to my house) and no matter how slow the traffic is - it's always a wait. I have literally debated ,while sitting at the window, if I should drive off without receiving my meal -just so that I can make it back to work on time.
  I have been to almost all the locations of McDonalds in Memphis and this one in particular sucks.
  They should not carry the Mcdonalds chain logo. This should be a leisure/sit down restaurant because it is not FAST food.
  Long story short - there are other options you should check out before coming here ( Wendy's, Krystal's, Sonic, Taco Bell, etc.) they seem to have better management and cleaner facilities.
