They still don't understand that you do not put pickles or jalapeños on the bottom against the bread which makes it too soggy to eat either. They use canned jalapeños too which are heatless and limp. I won't order again for a while since it has been unpleasant the last few times I've eaten from here. This was very close to two stars. Their lettuce is even poor in nature. Gets 3 stars for healthy buns and quality beef but the cooks ruin it every time.January 29, 2017
